The platform acts as a technical host and infrastructure provider: it does not create, edit, or control the content that users post. Each user is solely responsible for the content they choose to publish. The platform does not approve, endorse, or guarantee any user content. Any problem arising from content you post is your responsibility; our rules do not accept content that violates laws or third‑party rights.
To use certain features you must create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information and keep it updated. You are entirely responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorised it. You must use a strong, unique password, not share it, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. The platform cannot be held responsible for any compromise of your account due to your own negligence.
You may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate systems is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent ban of all your accounts. If you violate these terms, your account may be suspended or banned and your content may be modified or removed. Such violations are your responsibility; our rules do not permit them.
The platform allows users to publish, share, and distribute digital content. By doing so, you acknowledge and accept that you are entirely and exclusively responsible for all content you publish, share, or distribute, whether you created it or it comes from other sources. The platform does not pre‑screen, validate, or approve user content. If you post content that violates the law, third‑party rights, or these terms, you alone are liable; our rules do not accept such content, and any complaint, claim, or legal action arising from it is your responsibility.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that everything you post complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and wherever your content may be accessible. If you post illegal content, you assume full legal, financial, and criminal responsibility. The platform, its operators, and affiliates cannot be held liable for consequences of your posting illegal content; any claim or sanction arising from your content is your responsibility.

You are solely responsible for any copyright or intellectual property infringement. The platform does not proactively check user content for infringement. If you post infringing content, you assume full responsibility for all legal and financial consequences, including legal fees and damages, and you agree to indemnify the platform. If your content is removed or your account sanctioned, the responsibility lies with you for having posted content that does not comply with our rules.
The platform uses reactive, not proactive, moderation. The platform does not verify, control, or validate user content before publication. It relies on a reporting system. The absence of proactive moderation does not constitute approval, validation, or acceptance of any user content. The platform assumes no responsibility for user content merely because it has not been proactively removed. Each user is responsible for ensuring their content is legal and compliant. Our rules do not permit illegal or prohibited content; if such content is posted, the fault lies with the user who posted it. Moderation decisions are final. The platform does not guarantee that all problematic content will be detected or removed.
The platform may offer private messaging, comments, and other communication features. You agree to use them in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not use them to harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm others, or to send unsolicited spam or advertising. You are responsible for all communications you send; the platform is not responsible for the content of messages between users. The platform does not proactively monitor private messages but may examine them when investigating reports or for legal or safety reasons. Any problem arising from your communications is your responsibility; our rules do not accept abuse or misuse.
By posting content you generally retain your intellectual property rights, but you grant the platform a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, and display your content in connection with the service. You acknowledge that other users may view or download your content; the platform cannot guarantee it will not be copied or used by others. If you are concerned about protection of your content, consider whether public posting is appropriate for you.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform, its administrators, owners, operators, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangibles.
The platform acts only as a technical host. It does not create, control, validate, or approve user content. The platform is not responsible for any content posted by users, including content that may be illegal, defamatory, offensive, or infringing. Each user is solely responsible for what they post; the platform is fully disclaimed from liability for that content. The platform is not responsible for the actions, behaviour, or content of other users; you interact with them at your own risk. If a problem arises from content you posted, the responsibility is yours; our rules do not accept such content, and the platform is not liable. The platform’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the service in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform, its administrators, owners, operators, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from any claim, demand, liability, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the service, (b) content you post, share, or distribute, (c) your violation of these terms, (d) your violation of any third‑party right (including copyright, intellectual property, privacy, or publicity), (e) your violation of any applicable law, or (f) any other action or omission by you in connection with the service. In the event of any problem stemming from what you posted, you bear the responsibility and the cost; our rules do not permit violations, and you agree to hold the platform harmless. You waive any claim or action against the platform in respect of content you or others post or communications you exchange.
The platform may suspend, limit, or terminate your access, your account, or your ability to post content at any time, with or without notice or reason, at its sole discretion. Grounds may include violation of these terms, violation of applicable law, behaviour harmful to the community, or any other reason the platform deems appropriate. If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our rules, the responsibility is yours; you may lose access to your account and content. The platform may delete, modify, or retain your content. In case of serious violation, your content may be attributed to “unknown” or removed entirely.
The platform may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. It may also modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this document regularly. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the changes, your only option is to stop using the service and close your account. The platform is not obliged to compensate you for any loss resulting from changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is operated. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Users may also be subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction; you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws. The platform is not responsible if you violate the laws of your jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the platform regarding the service. No modification or waiver is valid unless in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the platform. Failure to enforce any right does not waive it. You may not assign your rights or obligations without the platform’s prior written consent.

You acknowledge that they are legally binding and that your acceptance is voluntary and informed. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not create an account or use the service. Your use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. You accept that you are solely responsible for what you post and that any problem resulting from your content or your violation of our rules is your responsibility.
